who’s done the work.
Ryan started his career as a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, building microservices and deployment infrastructure at scale. He then joined Briq, a venture-backed construction-tech startup, where he spent three years rising to Director of Engineering, leading teams building AI-driven financial tools used by contractors across the country.
He left that path to launch GGILabs, a web design and digital marketing agency. Over time, roofing kept surfacing as an industry being badly underserved by generalist agencies. That observation became RoofDemand.
Everything Ryan learned, how to build systems that scale, how contractors think and operate, and what actually drives leads in a local market, goes directly into how RoofDemand is designed. His background in computer science and software engineering means the marketing systems he builds aren’t just creative, they’re precise, data-informed, and built to perform the same way software is: reliably, at scale, and with clear measurable outcomes.
